Solved! Computer Won’t Find Launch X431 PC BOX

Launch PC Box, I installed a few times, and also the driver, com port found in device manager.

Here is the Answer:

The program requires X-Prog3 and X431 PC Adapter, not Smartlink-C!

Launch PC box for Xprog3. ECU and TCU read and write program.
