When our Launch Tool show certain errors, we may need to upload diagnostic feedback so technicians can figure out problems.
Here we are going to show you how to upload feedback.

Guide:
Select diagnostic menu.
Intelligent Diagnose>>Diagnose>>UDQ+UFQ
For example, here we have error N616.
Take a screenshot.
Back to homepage,
Select ‘Feedback’.
Select ‘SGM’ (recent history).
Load log.
Select ‘Consult or error’ on ‘problem type’.
Enter notice ‘N616 download fail’.
Enter email.
Upload screenshot.
Check out feedback result on ‘History’.
