A customer recently reported an issue with their Launch X431 PAD VII: after performing a software upgrade, many vehicle software packages disappeared. In the Local Diagnose menu, only a limited number of car brands are now visible.
Solution from X431shop.de Technical Team:
After completing the software upgrade, you need to repair the firmware in the User Info section.
Path: User Info → Fix connector firmware/system → Choose “Fix connector firmware” or “Fix connector system”
