Simply enter Toyota diagnostic menu.
Select
Service Function>>Immobilizer/Keys Programming>>Wireless Code Registration
Press Lock and Unlock for 1 seconds.
Press Lock or Unlock for 1 seconds within 3 seconds.
Then programming is done!
