But we received feedback that for Launch CRP919E BT can not activate the Motorcycle license, in Mall>>use renewal card>>motorcycle, stuck at the activation screen, can not click that button to continue to input 24 digits code.
After provide device SN,Launch Motorcycle card SN and password, Launch engineer replied it is language problem, customer use the Croatian language, set to English will be OK.

The Problem: Language Localization Conflict
Currently, the Launch internal platform may experience temporary sync errors when the tablet’s system language is set to localized versions (such as Croatian, and occasionally German). This prevents the activation command from sending correctly to the server, resulting in a non-responsive (grey) button.
The Solution: The “English Switch” Method
Our technical team has verified that switching the device to English temporarily bypasses this UI bug. Follow these steps:
- Change System Language: Go to the tablet’s Settings > System > Language & Input.
- Select English: Set the primary language to English (US or UK).
- Restart the App: Close the X431 diagnosis app and reopen it.
- Perform Activation: * Navigate to the Activation/Profile page.
- Enter your Motorcycle License password.
- The button should now be active (colored). Click it to activate the license.
- Revert Language: Once the “Activation Successful” message appears, you can safely switch your tablet back to Croatian or German. The motorcycle software will remain active and ready to use.
