LAUNCH has released a major diagnostic software upgrade for Volkswagen vehicles. Version VW V29.10 covers most 2024–2025 models, introducing new basic and special functions while enhancing multiple existing capabilities.
VW V29.10 Highlights:
- Added/expanded basic diagnostic and special functions for the majority of 2024–2025 Volkswagen models
- Updated datasets for channel number data stream reading, basic settings, adaptation/matching, actuation tests, log-in, and coding
- Added multi-system data stream (simultaneous data viewing) for certain model systems
- Added special functions: SFD (Vehicle Diagnostic Protection) activation, fuel/oil line bleeding, resolver calibration, and tooth/gear learning
- Optimized logic for detecting and handling diagnostic firewall status and SFD state on some models
- Improved system scanning performance and stability for selected models
- Optimized special functions: transport mode, trailer matching, brake pad replacement, service reset, and battery matching
- Enhanced processes and success rates for coding, programming, parameterization, adaptation/matching, and calibration
